How do I scan a plant?

Tap the Scan tab at the bottom of the screen. Point your camera at the plant or problem area, select the plant type, and tap Scan. Results appear within a few seconds.

How accurate is the diagnosis?

Everyone Can Garden shows a confidence rating with every diagnosis so you always know how certain the AI is. If confidence is low, we say so. For best results, photograph the affected area clearly in good lighting.

Why does the app need my location?

Your zip code is used to determine your USDA hardiness zone and provide local weather data. This helps calibrate diagnoses and alerts for your specific growing conditions. Your location never leaves your device.

How many free scans do I get?

The free tier includes 5 plant scans per month. Scans reset at the start of each calendar month. You can purchase additional scan packs or upgrade to Garden Care for unlimited scans.

What is Garden Care?

Garden Care is our subscription tier at $4.99/month. It includes unlimited scans, the full weather alert suite, complete scan history, unlimited garden zones, smart irrigation integration, and more. A 14-day free trial is available.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. Your subscription and scan packs will be restored to your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your Everyone Can Garden subscription.

Yes. We don't collect personal information, we don't sell data, and we don't show ads. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
